For what it's worth openSUSE 12.3 works.

Yes, 12.3 works and other. I could store the user's home folder from "defect" VM with LiveCD to an USB drive and than back into the working VM with openSUSE 11.2 and 12.3. I will delete defect VM with openSUSE 11.3. Thanks for all hints.

But I dno't give up: I tried Installation with openSUSE 11.4 in same VM and same virtual dynamic allocated storage: same error on boot. I deleted virtual dynamic allocated storage, created a fixed size storage medium and installed again openSUSE 11.4: same boot failure. Then I started my second VM with formerly already running "openSUSE 11.4 - KDE" with kernel "kernel-desktop", which is default on openSUSE installation: boot failure and trace dump. I started same VM "openSUSE 11.4 - KDE" with second installed kernel "kernel-default": this works. So I must not to install kernel-desktop, but kernel-default, in this case version 2.6.37.6-24-default. Perhaps the same with openSUSE 11.3!

May be, I'm wrong again about this, I will check it tomorrow.

Good night!

I was not wrong about kernel-desktop: does not boot in VM, but kernel-default works fine (additional selected for installation from repository "virtualbox-guest-kmp-default", "virtualbox-guest-tools and "virtual-guest-x11").
