Cannot use network after installing VirtualBox 4.2.12

I was using VirtualBox 4.2.10 before and it is running well. Today I just updated it to 4.2.12 but I found the network doesn't work after installation.
If I uninstall it, then the network comes back. I tried to uninstall and re-install it several times, but it didn't help.
I checked the device manager, there are yellow ! on the VirtualBox Bridged Networking Driver MiniPort, VirutalBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter. It shows Code 31. I can attach the screen snapshot but I am not sure it is supported in the forum.

I have to use Linux in the VirtualBox for the work. So if you happen to see this issue before, please let me know!

Try disabling the host-only driver in the Windows network settings section and reboot.

I don't know how to disable Host-Only Ethernet Adapter from Windows Network Setting. What I did is to disable it through the DeviceManager and reboot the system. However it doesn't help.
I don't know the reason why Code 31 happens on VirtualBox Bridged networking Driver Miniport for both my LAN and WLAN adapters.
