VM resize screen

I have successfully installed VB on win 7 64bit and successfully created the virtual machine for ubuntu 4.13 32-bit.
However, when launching the virtual machine the size of the screen is very small! I have a 1920x1080 and the screen size of the VM does not exceed half. How do I put it to full screen and adapt it to mine?
