Connect named pipe to TCP printer port

Post by fatman45 »

We have users with Windows XP Pro guest hosted on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. The guest network adapter is disabled. The host printer is connected to a standard TCP port. We are trying to figure out a way to create a named pipe on the host that is connected to that TCP port. Then we will configure a serial port on the guest and connect it to the named pipe. Does anyone know how to accomplish this, or do you have any alternate ideas on how to accomplish it?
