VMWARE ESXI Guest running Virtualbox

I found that the VMWARE ESXI Guest (Windows 7) running Virtualbox have some problem.
1. Can not use Multicore.
2. Fail to access USB error.
Anyway to solve this problem.

For a guest to have access to multiple cores and USB you just enable those features in the VM. That kind of information can be found in the user manual, chapter 3, "Configuring Virtual Machines".
Note that porting a VMWare VM, particularly an ESXi VM, is not always easy. As it's Win7 you'll also encounter activation issues.

The VM can not be configure in the page.

I never actually assign multiple cores to a VM (I don't see the point), however I believe you must enable IO-APIC before it can be done.
On the USB question - the error message tells you what's wrong! It looks like you didn't
install the extension pack (on the host).
