I am also having the same problem. It have been an issue since July 2014. I have tried USB and PS2 neither matters. Running a Windows 7 64 host and Windows 7 32 bit guest. I find the issue occurs only with the guest. Happens if I hit 2 keys simultaneously, or softly hit a key. Tried turning off repeat and changing the repeat rate and they have no real impact.
I would really like to get this fixed since it is very annoying when the delete key repeats in email and deletes my email.

Sorry, this thread is beyond help and needs to die. There are probably 5-6 different problems in here, so "I am also having the same problem" is just making things worse.
If you have a reproducible problem, please open a ticket on the public bug tracker and supply all relevant information (in this case, that probably includes the host input hardware, certainly any kind of remote access software or anything else that might influence keyboard input; needless to say, without a VBox.log don't expect any response). Given the nature of the issues that people complain about here, fixing anything will require either a) a reproducible scenario, or b) willingness to run test builds with extra logging.
