Hi,
I have Ubuntu 12.04 guest on Windows 7 Ultimate host. Transferring files from and to another Linux box running Ubuntu 12.04 is relatively slow with speeds ~ 8 Mbits/s vs the theoretical 100 Mbits/s . From the Windows 7 host the speeds are ~ 96 Mbit/s. Any possible solution for that. Thanks in advance

You forgot the VM log file
While you're at it, also attach the guest settings please.
