Adding ATEN USB Converter UC232A VM Win7-32

USB-to-Serial Converter UC232A
I can not get it to work in my VM with Win7-32...

I dont even get a yellow exclamation mark for not finding driver...
I have Guest addons installed.
I also installed the driver for the USB adapter.
But its not visible at all...
The USB Adapter is found and installed in my Host OS Win 7-64
In VirtualBox I get this error when I click on the USB device that should be my USB Adapter:
Failed to attach the USB device Prolific Technology Inc. USB-Serial Controller [0300] to the virtual machine .
