I have my virtual machines located on a separate volume (drive D:). Virtual Box Manager is properly configured to read/write/execute from that location. When I try to invoke VBoxSDL I get the error "SDL Error: 'DirectInputDevice::SetDataFormat: Invalid parameters"
my command is C:\"Program Files"\Oracle\Virtualbox\VBoxSDL --startvm "vm name "
I didn't see how to specify path to the VM so I executed the command from the directory location of the VM (D:\Virtualbox VM\)
Any ideas what I am missing?

Re: VBoxSDL execution error
VBoxSDL is not currently working, see Ticket #11517
As for the location, it is already known of Virtualbox if the VM is already registered.
