Hi, I am a beginner in VB. I installed VB in my Windows 7, and then applied QIIME virtual box. However, every time when I tried to run QIIME virtual box, there was "a critical error", and I have to turn off the VB. I have no idea about what happened, since I thought I installed them according to the manual.
The version of VirtualBox: 4.2.12
Host & Guest version 64 bit

Since you are using a specialized guest I would suggest that you ask the QIIME people what the problem is.
