Unable to make Mac OS Guest connect to usb device

Hi,
My host is windows 7 64 bit and Mac Os X Lion 10.7.3 as Guest. I cannot make the guest os mount the usb drive. Already ejected the usb drive on host os. Nothing display in guest os
