I want to know how to create a custom top in Oracle E business suite R12 which iam accessing using virtual box 4(Windows 2003 server).
please help me in achieving this.

We do not provide support for "Oracle E business suite" here, even if you run it in a VirtualBox VM. I suggest you find the appropriate support forum for your question.
