HD image e virtualbox

i have a HD with 2 partition and winXP installed.
how can i create an image of winxp partition and run it on virtualbox ?

Since you don't mention a host OS I guess I get to pick one, hence: moving this topic to "Windows Hosts".

I would suggest using Disk2VHD to create an image of the entire disk, then boot with a gparted live ISO to delete any unwanted partitions.

on win8 i run virtualbox, then in virtualbox i need to run an image of winxp, but i must create an -HD image.
