VirtualBox 4.2.10-84105 crash

I installed VirtualBox 4.2.10-84105. When I try to boot it I get the error
Callee RC:
CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE (0x80080005)
Versions 4.1.x and earlier work fine.
W7 Ultimate, BitDefender
Any help?

VirtualBox needs to be installed with admin privileges. Try installing again, and use "Run as adminstrator" on the installer this time.

Thank you for you reply.
Actually I installed it as administrator. I was thinking, if I had to uninstall the earlier version. I have had problems with all 4.2.x versions, not been able to use, but now I decided to try and this is the result. I uninstall later all and make a fresh 4.2.10 installation, hopefully it does not distroy the settings.
