Hi all:
I recently received a new notebook at work, A Lenovo Thinkpad W520. I had been asking for one for a few months and have been very much into using VirtualBox VM for my test lab. Now I finally have a notebook to build the perfect test lab on.
I ran into a problem however, While I have any option in the BIOS set to enable processor virtualization, when I try an assign more than one processor to a VM Virtualbox states that "VT-x features locked or unavailable in MSR. (VERR_VMX_MSR_LOCKED_OR_DISBALED)".
I went to Lenovo support site and made sure I had the most recent BIOS for the notebook. I updated it accordingly, no difference.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have enabled Virtualization on numerous notebooks and desktops before without any issue. No I have one that can kick but and I can't use it.
Any experiences or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Something else is grabbing the VT-x feature.
