In menu I checked:
Devices > CD/DVD Devices > Host Drive 'D:'

The Original Disc is inserted to Host Drive, and the VM can read it.
I can install the software.
But,
After Installation process, When I'm trying to execute the shortcut created in Desktop, this message is displayed:

This is the original software disc!

TRy enabling passthrough in the Storage settings of the VM, in the CD/DVD

Solved by enabling passthrough, thank you.
But, please notice that In 1 of my VMs this solution didn't work, I do not know why.

It happens more than one virtual machine. I want to know What's the difference? And how to fix it?

"original DVD-R" is not a very typical message.
Maybe this program is using some kind of copy protection based on the original DVD with non-standard sections on the disk which don't work with the virtualization in Vbox?

It doesn't work on some VMs with passthrough enabled?
