VirtualBox does not open on windows7 64bit

Host: Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
VirtualBox: 4.2.10

Hi, my VirtualBox does not open and crash immediately. I got this error:

I've tried installing an older version and got the same result. What's the problem?

I did. I've also tried the portable version... same result :/

OK now i've tried repair and it works ! Thanks for help.

The portable version is someone else's fork, and not supported here. Installing it on the same host as the real VirtualBox could well lead to problems like this, caused by conflicts.

Also, can you confirm that "my VirtualBox" means the manager GUI front end, and you are not using the term to refer to a particular VM?
