Windows 7 virtual box only shows Ease of Access and Shutdown

Suddenly Virtual Box on Mac is no longer showing any options other than Ease of Access, and Shut Down. Help!!! (Screenshot attached)

Have you tried grabbing the right bottom corner of the Virtualbox screen and make it bigger?

Yes this is the only thing that gets displayed, which doesn't make it easy to know what to search for to resolve this issue. Help!!

Nothing shows up at login screen
After bootup only Ease of Access and Shut Down buttons visible
