can not download xtention pack

Am having trouble downloading extention pack for installing on ubuntu server. I keep getting 2013-04-06 20:28:33 ERROR 404: Not Found

You do not say which version of both (Ubuntu, VBOX) you are using.

Probably its the best to use VBOX and Extension Pack from VBOX Homepage. in newest version, because both must be installed in the exact same version. Version mixes or VBOX from Ubuntu Repos are known to work together.

Iam using the latest version
4.2.10 for VB and 4.2.10-84104 Extension pack
my problem is I can not install the Extension pack in Ubuntu 12.04 lts server
As I'm trying to build a headless server.
I need help installing the extension pack
I have tried using the VBox Manager (File >Preference>Extensions>then add package then ends with this "The installer failed with exit code 1"

Also tried using Devices then install guest additions errors below

please specify your Host OS and your Guest OS

I am confused.
Your host is kubuntu, not Ubuntu.
The extension pack is to be installed on the host, not in the guest
