Can't install Debian Squeeze into Virtualbox 4.2.10 ...

on Debian Squeeze.
Hello everybody, I got
searching the cause of my troubles. No I landed here, being my last resort.
It is the same problem as described here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=54761
but on another OS.
I succeeded in setting up another box on an AMD+Squeeze platform, but failed repeatedly to do so on my
other box Intel+Squeeze.
I tried to install squeeze and wheezy into the virtualbox versions provided by:
- the normal package manager / repositories
- backports
- oracle repository
but the following installation of the guest OS, be it squeeze or wheezy fails even though I picked the amd64
iso-files.
Specs:
$ uname -a
Linux atom 2.6.32-5-amd64 #1 SMP Mon Feb 25 00:26:11 UTC 2013 x86_64 GNU/Linux
RAM: Total 2GB; Wheezy runs happily as a guest on another VM with 786MB {dedicated}
I am really lost. Hopefully the log file I attached is of help.
Yours in awesome thanks,
Benjamin
