Hi,
I would like to change the hostname of Oracle Linux VM to be able to proceed on installations.
Currently it is having a value localhost.localdomain
Can someone guide me how I can achieve it. say I would like hostname to be 'sayachit'.

I tried to change the /etc/sysconfig/network file giving new value to HOSTNAME, which I got through google search.
Being VM users, I felt here I can get a best way to deal with it as people might have experienced id already.
