Hey friends, how are you all? Hope you be good!

Buddies the question is i am trying to install VirtualBox on Windows Server 2008 and i am facing this error:
failed: (GVMM) (VERR_NO_MEMORY)
Concerning memory, the server has 16gb of memory, so this is not the issue, please have someone any hint how can i solve this?

I am using the last available version 4.10.84105

Best regards,

RootNuts

Is hyper-v installed on the host?

Post the guests log file (as an attachment)
See Online Users Manual for the location of the file.

I assume that you figured out that you can not run them both at the same time.

If your "Yes" applies to Hyper-V, you must disable it - it will lock the Virtualization flag of your CPU and make it unavalabile for Virtualbox.
