English is obviously not your native language, and I'm having a little trouble understanding you - particularly the second paragraph beginning "For Images File ...". I can guess what you were attempting to do, but the tools you mention are not required to do it - which makes me further doubt that I understand you.
If you want to make a clone of a working VirtualBox VM then right click it in the GUI and select "Clone".
If you want to export a VBox VM to another VM platform then select "File | Export appliance" in the GUI.
If you want to make an virtual image of a physical Windows PC then use the Disk2VHD tool, then build a VM around the resulting VHD. Disk2VHD can also be run inside a Windows VM, to image a VM from the inside!
I can't think of any useful purpose to be served by "ImDisk", and the same goes for bundling a bunch of Windows files as an ISO (there is an awful lot more to a Windows installer than just the format of the CD).

Re: IDE HDD Not Showing after Bootable CD
Well , Sorry for ambiguous wording.
I want to do is ,
A working Windows 2000 in a PC, i have made Images of Part-ions using Norton Ghost.
*I have made a Virtual Machine of Windows NT 2000 in Virtual Box.
Now I have to copy the Images created by Norton . But first i have to create a HDD in Virtual environment that can save those images data which will be Restored using Norton Ghost.
I created a HDD and then using ImDisk i mounted to My windows Drives and copied those images into it.
*Now i have a Norton Ghost Bootable ISO , through which i have to boot my Virtual Machine and then using DOS i have to Restore.
The Problem is when i boot from that image. after Loading APT . etc drivers it shows only Drive D:.. I can not see my HDD associated to Virtual BOX.
Let me tell you that the PArtions of NTFS..
can you please now tell me. how i can make sure that those Drives come Visible so using Ghost command i can restore the Images.?

Re: IDE HDD Not Showing after Bootable CD
Ok, I see what you are doing. Since I've never used Ghost, and this isn't a Ghost support site, there will be a limit to how much help I can provide.
My guess: if you created a DOS VM then drive C will not be visible to DOS until you fdisk and format it. I.e. you have to install DOS properly first. Then attach the 2nd drive and boot from the Ghost ISO.
A warning however: a partition image is useless for the purpose of creating a virtual disk. It must be a whole disk backup. I would have expected Ghost to be able to "see" a drive even if it isn't formatted, but perhaps the exception to that is if you tried to "restore" a partition onto an unpartitioned drive.
If you must start again then see my earlier advice about using Disk2VHD. It's a far easier process.
