Hello !
Host machine : Windows Vista SP2
Virtual machine : Windows 7 SP1 (+ 4.2.10 guest & WDDM support)
GPU : ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450
Here is a 44 seconds video when I switch to Aero :

Only the "classic theme" is working well, Aero messes all the windows.
Is there any way to fix that ?
Thanks !

Post the log file. Select guest in VBOX Gui, right mouse button, show log.

Make sure you have the Guest Additions installed. Also I believe Aero support is experimental hence may not always work. Personally I consider it more trouble than it's worth.
Please post logs as local attachments, as .zip files. I will not click on unknown links.

I'm sure Guest Additions are installed.
I embedded the zipped logs with this post.
I want to use Office 2013 on this VM, and the windows aren't drawn correctly. That's why I thought I had to enable Aero... Maybe it's another problem.

VMware has the same problem:

Office 2013 tries to use hardware acceleration using DirectX 10 which is not there.
In the KB article you can find the instruction how to disable that feature in Office 2013.
