Install with bootable USB Stick

Hello,
I want to install Windows 7 with some special applications included in VirtualBox 4.2 via a bootable USB stick.
I have Extension Pack installed and USB stick is active but it is not visible as Boot option.
How can I choose the usb stick to boot?
