VirtualBox 4.2.10 r84104 keeps aborting Windows XP SP3 VM

Hi guys.
I'm having that problem. It's been going on since I created the VM but just realized it's constant. The program itself has never crashed, and although I followed the directions to make Apport to create core dumps, there are none in var/crash
I'm on Linux Mint 13.
Any help is appreciated.
