upgrade to VirtualBox 4.2.10-84105 on Windows

Hi, can anyone point me to any upgrade instructions for upgrading to VirtualBox 4.2.10-84105 on Windows? My current Oracle VirtualBox (4.2.6) is working fine and I am reluctant to simply run the VirtualBox-4.2.10-84105-Win.exe and hope for the best. Does anyone have any specific instructions such as pre-installation tasks, what to watch out for etc. Many thanks in advance for your assistance.

Nothing special needs to be done AFAIK. The upgrade is only bugfix and nothing else changed.
In any case, ensure that all your VMs are poweredoff (and not in a saved state or paused) and that you have a backup before you go further
