Virtualbox 4.2.10 freezes my computer

I have Virtualbox 4.2.6 in my Windows 7 Enterprise 32 bits host. The guest OS is OpenSuse 12.02 64 bits.
After update to VOBox 4.2.10 my entire computer freezes as soon as start my guest OS. The same was happening with VOBox 4.2.8.
