Not good. This VM is using far too much of the hosts available memory. Although this probably isn't responsible for the reported problem, it will cause instability. You need to free up some host RAM. There's really no reason an XP host should be consuming 1.4GB RAM.

The error is caused by loading a saved state that doesn't match the current VM, e.g. you moved hosts, changed the VM recipe or something like that. As the error message says, the memory size has changed, hence the memory dump in the saved state can't be used. You need to right click the VM and discard the saved state.

Saved states are not portable, so if you have changed the environment it was saved for then your choices are to restore the original environment or discard the saved state. You should not lose much data, it would be the equivalent of having a power cut. For good practice you should run a disk check after the VM has started.
