XP Virtual Machine freezes
I have yet to see a real solution for this one. I have run XP VM's in virtual box for quite some time now. Regardless of Windows Host (Windows 7 Pro or 8 Pro) or the physical machine the VM's freeze on an irregular basis when left running for days at a time. I see them freeze in a day or sometimes once a week. There is never an error. The VM just freezes up with graphics intact almost like someone hit a pause button. The VM controls are still there and it is easy to shut the machines down and start them right back up again. If anyone has an idea on how to stop this I would sure appreciate it. I update VirtualBox to the latest version as soon as it comes out but updates never solve this problem.
