Guest always crash on first launch

Everyday after I power on my Mac, I would open Virtualbox and then launch a windows xp guest. The windows xp guest always crash(aborted) on first launch, and the second time I launch it, works fine.

I do not have any clue to find out what's going on. How can I solve it?
