Hi I have a problem after I upgrade to VirtualBox 4.2
Host: Opensuse 12.2 x64
Guest: Ubuntu 10.10 x32
My guest folders and file names in these folders contain special Hungarian characters: "éáőúű" etc.
With 4.1: I didn't have problems.
Ubuntu guest With 4.2: After I installed the guest additions I recognized the Hungarian special characters doesn't displayed correctly. Example: "dokumentáció" seems "dokument?ci?".
All "éáőúűíöü" characters displayed as "?".
Nautilus displays this: invalid encoding
My Windows XP guest system also uses this folders and everything works properly.
I cloned the Ubuntu guest and upgraded to 11.04. The problem solved, but I have to use the 10.10 version to compile product applications so the upgrade is not permitted for me.
