When you set up a new VM, will the MAC address remain static? If not, is there a way to make it static? The reason is that I have a license that is based on a MAC address and if the address changes, the software stops working.
Thanks in advance

Re: MAC Address
The MAC will stay unless you change it. You can always write the address down and if something happens you can then tell VBox to use the one that is registered.

Re: MAC Address
For every new vm the mac is randomly generated to virtual nics, but it is possible to manually enter a mac address for each nic.
