attachment is not working

I try to attach a file, but everytime I push Add file the link disappears and no file is attached. What I'm a doing wrong????

Perhaps you exceeded the size limit. I've never had a problem attaching a file, providing it has one of the accepted extension types, and is within the size limit for that type.

and are you able to tell me where I find what the max size is?
I tried to attach the log file (80kb) and a word dokument with 3 sheets (135kb). Not really big documents.

The size limits vary with the file type, and I don't have the limits memorized. For most file types the limit is 128K I believe. Of greater importance is that only a few file types are allowed (mostly image formats, archive formats, and plain text), and I doubt that .doc is among them.

Please zip up log text files before you attach them, to save space.
