Linux Guest Guide/Tutorial PDF

I was thinking. I wanted to create a PDF document that would walk users through using virtual box and installing Linux. Example, if a person wanted to create a virtual machine with Kubuntu, or Xubuntu, you have to perform additional steps before installing the virtual box guest additions. The document could save new users hours of searching. Also, it could be downloaded for offline use. What do you think? Would something like this be helpful/useful?
