error in importing virtual machine

I put "MIMIC2_demo.ovf" and "MIMIC2_VM_v1-disk1.vmdf" in the same folder and import MIMIC2_demo.ovf to virtualbox, however, I fail to open it with the following message.

The error message seems self explanatory. It's up to you to confirm whether a file with that exact name actually exists in the named folder, or rather to make sure that it does. You might also get this message if the vmdk is incomplete, e.g. if you only have the small descriptor and not the image, or if the file has been segmented and you don't have all the segments.

I note that the filename is different from the one in your previous topic, so I assume you've made some progress.
