Post the guests log file (as an attachment)
See Online Users Manual for the location of the file.

Please post the VM log file, we cannot easily diagnose errors without this.

The VM log file is called "VBox.log", and can be found in the "Logs" sub-folder of your VM folder. Please put the log file into a .zip, and attach the .zip here. Do not paste the log into a message.

VM = Virtual Machine = Win2000 (in your case).
