I want to use Virtual Box on my Mac to create images to use with FOG. In order for this to work correctly and PXE boot, I'm told I have to set the network adapter to be a bridged adapter. When I switch it to bridged I get the exclamation mark over the network icon, and it doesn't work. It is picking up a self-assigned 169 address instead. I've restarted a few times, ran "Troubleshoot problems" by right clicking network icon, neither of those fixed it.
Any advice here to get this up and going would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Re: Bridged network adapter not working with Windows 7
Nevermind.... I tried a wired connection and it bridged just fine. It must not support wireless bridging.

Bridging over a wireless link will work if your hardware equipement accept to talk to several computers over a single wifi link, which is not that often the case.
Virtualbox does not make any difference if it's Wireless or Wired, it will work just as good on both.
