drops on W8 host

W-8-32 host. 4.2.8 VBx. I tryed to make RHEL 6 32 (Centos) guest and at the end of installation (license, user, time settings and kdump tuning) the system (W8) close the guest window (main is alive) with "Program stoped its work". No readable error log was issued by W8 - just apps error in module MSVCR100.dll (v. 10.0.40219.1), exception code 0xc0000005, err. shift 0x00010a40. Who knows what is it?
