Application icon shows as crossed out

Hi folks,
I installed 4.2.8 and noticed that the application icon shows as crossed out. I'm on OS X 10.8.2 and last time I saw this with VirtualBox it was because of the change to 64bit and at that time, VirtualBox just wouldn't run.
This time it runs fine so the only problem I've found (so far) is the icon. I'm just curious why it's doing this. Any ideas?
