dear friends, along with cordially greet, need me to help with the USB settings in the virtual machine:
the native OS is installed UBUNTU 10.04 LTS - Lucid Lynx, and the virtual machine is Windows XP SP3, where I have installed software from Siemens.
I have no problems with discs or USB flash drives, USB cameras, mouse, etc..
but with the Siemens PC Adapter USB I can not run.
the same virtual machine installed on the native OS Windows 7, the PC USB ADAPTER SIEMENS if it worked, but not Ubuntu 10.04.
What should I set for the PC USB ADAPTER SIEMENS work well? Or that I'm not doing right?

Moving to "Using VirtualBox".

To use a USB 2.0 device you need to install the extension pack on the host, and add a filter to match the device. On Linux hosts your user account must also be a member of the vboxusers group. Not all USB 2.0 devices will work in a VM, also USB 3.0 devices will not work.
