Running Snowleopard in Vbox Host Mac Lion

I have upgraded from VB 4.1.12 to VB 4.2.6 and now cannot run my Virtual Machine (Snowleopard). It stops on a black screen with white text stating
USBF: 8.812 APPLEUSBOHCI[8X4810000] :: CHECKSLEEPCAPABILITY - CONTROLLER WILL BE UNLOADED ACROSS SLEEP

If stops at this point and does nothing further. Using 2334MB Ram after trying initially 189 Ram to see if it required more ram but no change.

HELP!!!! Need to access something within the virtual Snowleopard environment.

Down grade to the version that was working is the best you can do if you need it that fast.
