VM integration issues

I have a problem which occurs usually after long time of VM running (host:Windows 7, guest:mainly Windows XP x64)(but sometimes it happens right after booting VM) - when I try to select something on Windows desktop or move any window I do that with both moving the whole VM window i.e. while 'touching' VM's desktop/windows VBox moves the whole VM window, just as if I grabbed the window title bar. With this there is usually the issue with keyboard-it ceases to work within host system, and is still responsive in guest system without directly attaching keyboard through usb devices in VBox. What I did notice is that restarting Guest Additions Service within guest system does help for a while. There are no errors as far as I have seen in VBox log of the VM.
