I don't know if i am in the right place, i am looking for a virtualizer which emule PowerPC cpu because i would like to install Mac OS 9 on a physical hard drive through my windows PC. Do you know if it's possible with virtualbox please ?
In fact i would fix my powerbook g4 but this is impossible to start an installation on it, that's why i thought to do that. Do you know a way please ?

VirtualBox is not a CPU emulator, so no, this is not possible with VirtualBox.

As I said, VirtualBox is not a CPU emulator, not for any CPU. It's a hypervisor. Meaning that the peripheral hardware is simulated, but the code runs natively on the host processor.
