Centos 6.3 on Windows 7

I'm doing my first install of Centos on Virtualbox on my PC running Windows 7.

Its the 64bit Centos version I am installing and I've used the net install. I've also enabled VT-x/AMD-V in BIOS.

It all seems to go fine and then it says Welcome to Centos and tells me I need to reboot and there may be some updates I need to install. It then shows a screen giving me following options:

Install or upgrade existing system
Rescue system
Memory Test
ETC

I run the first option and it tells me its found a GRUB boot loader that needs updating; whether I update it or not, it brings me back to the exact same screen that gives me the options mentioned above.I don't know what I'm doing wrong and where to go next. I've searched forums on this site and others and can't find anything.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Find log attached below.

Shut down the guest and remove the install media from the virtual CD/DVD. You are in a continuous loop of install until you do. Or press F12 during boot and select to boot from hard drive.
