I am running through this issue while trying to access my VM Ubuntu 12.04 hosted on Windows 8.
Any guidance will be appreciated.

Post log files as .zip attachments, don't just hose us with text, otherwise what has happened will happen: the log file is truncated and useless. Please edit your message to fix these problems.

I got it fixed for some reasons I have installed "oracle vm extension pack 4.1.12" and restarted my system the VM is back and running.

Well, the log shows that you don't have an extension pack installed, and that you are running VBox v4.2.6, so something must be off with your last report. But, if you are up and running then we can leave it there.
