Issue trying to install SUSE 8 on VirtualBox 4.2.6

Hi,
I'm trying to install an old version of SUSE 8.0 in a Virtual Machine on VirtualBox 4.2.6, but there is no way to let i load the kernel after booting from the original CD, how can I make it work ?
