On every single startup, the session crashes. I will happily provide more detail.

VB: 4.2.6 r82870
Host: MacOSX 10.7.5, 4GB RAM
Guest: any (happened for Windows XP 32/64, W7 32/64)

A VM can't be allocated more RAM than is available on the host. Cut the VM RAM to 512MB, which should be plenty for XP.
