ERROR: Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)

Hi, long time use VirtualBox to work with Windows in virtual machine.
Now I meet a problem at startup with the message:
"Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)
Make sure the kernel module has been loaded successfully."
On web I found: Type "sudo kextload /Library/Extensions/VBoxDrv.kext/" from Terminal.
It works, but I have to do it again every start of my Mac.
How can I make in last?
Thanks.
[iMac OSX 10.7.5 Lion, VirtualBox 4.2.6]

Have you installed any OS updates on the host recently?
You could try what everyone else who has encountered this problem has done. Use the VirtualBox_Uninstall.Tool that comes with the VB installer to uninstall the VB app and it's drivers, and then re-install.

No, I use OSX version 10.7.5.
I already tried to uninstall and re-install Vbox and it's drivers but it only works the first time.
Then, when I reboot the Mac appears the error.

Then try Plan B. Run Disk Utility and do a Repair Disk Permissions.

I forgot to tell you that I've tried Plan B, but does not work.
Thanks.

Anything else you're forgetting to tell me?
The problem you're seeing is usually caused by a permissions error. If re-installing VB and repairing permissions doesn't fix it then you may need to check the permissions manually. Go to the Extensions folder and do a Get Info on it to see what the permissions are, then check the VBoxDrv.kext to see if it has the same permissions. On my Mac the permissions for both are system: Read & Write, wheel: Read only, everyone: Read only.

I'm sorry, now I do not forget anything.
The permission of the Extensions folder are the same of VboxDrv.kext (and other drivers): system: Read & Write, wheel: Read only, everyone: Read only.

A while back another user was having a problem similar to this. His solution was to drag the kext out of the Extensions folder and then place it back in. When replacing the kext in the Extensions folder the OS asks to authenticate and after entering the password it would continue to work for him even after restarts. You could try that to see if it works. If it doesn't then I'm all out of ideas.

I tried this solution but it does not work.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestions and your patience.
I hope to find another help elsewhere.

If it's any help, I had the same problem and fixed it.
Make sure "Allow apps downloaded from:" has Anywhere selected, and was selected when installing VirtualBox. If not:
1. Uninstall VirtualBox
2. In System Preferences > Security & Privacy, make sure "Allow apps downloaded from" has Anywhere selected.
3. Download latest VirtualBox and reinstall.
I was getting this problem because the installation only partly succeeded, due to this security setting.
