Error the start any virtual machine in Virtual Box

Hi,

I hope you can help me, the problem is this, the Virtual Box virtualization software from starting any virtual machine, if I create and use machines already created, but not initiate, I've done everything:

- Reinstalled and updated Virtual Box.
- Enabled in the BIOS VT-x as in VB configurations (which was outdated)
- I assign more processors, more RAM.
- Reinstalled virtual machines.
- I installed Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack.
The error is:

I do not know what may be the problem.

The operating system under which it is running is Windows 7 64 bit.

XP mode or hyper-v?
Either will cause this since you can not have two VMX aware products running at the same time.

Note: even if it is not running hyper-v is active. You must set it to not start at boot time or remove it.
